Reiki Yoga is a gentle, deeply nourishing practice that weaves together the calming flow of yoga with the subtle energy healing of Reiki. Designed to restore balance, release tension, and open energetic pathways, each class offers a sanctuary for both body and spirit.

What makes this practice truly unique? Each session is guided by a rotating theme—intentional focal points to support you in different areas of your healing journey. These may include:

Each class begins with gentle, mindful movement and breathwork, followed by a longer restorative sequence infused with hands-on or distance Reiki, calming music, and optional intention-setting. You’ll leave feeling aligned, supported, and more connected to your inner self.
